First Aid/ CPR/ AED Certification
When: May 6th or 7th (Saturday or Sunday)
Time: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

What: Whitewater rafting is an inherent risk sport, and taking that into consideration, knowing basic first aid and CPR is a good skill set to have when entering any situation where most variables are beyond your control. We encourage anyone who will be spending considerable amount of time on the water or leading other individuals into the wilderness to get CPR and First Aid certified. Participants (with successful completion) will receive a 2 year American Heart Association certification in CPR and First Aid.
Discounts: 10% off all safety and rescue gear (for attendees only).
Raffle: All attendees will receive one raffle ticket. We will be raffling off an NRS Medical Kit (one per class).
- This one day class offers a higher instructor to student ratio for a more intimate learning experience (9:1 ratio…18 people per day/36 total people for the entire weekend). We have limited spots available so please register ASAP.
- You will have 45 min. for lunch so we recommend bringing a sack lunch, snacks and water with you.
